Emotions are our most powerful resources. They drive our behavior, and they make us do things in certain ways. How familiar are you with your emotions? Unfortunately, many clients that I am working with do not know the importance of their emotions; or may not understand what emotions are.

So, what are emotions? Emotions are our natural instinctive state of mind that we experience on a constant basis. They are

Think of a time when you performed (something) at your peak. How were you feeling? What kinds of emotions did you experience? Were they positive or negative? Just think of that time:

Did you experience excitement, passion, hope, and focus? Or did you experience disappointment, frustration, impatience, boredom, and lack of energy?

For sure it was all positive for you. Wasn’t it?

If you can manage (and master) your emotions, you can manage (and master) what you do, and ultimately, your life. Isn’t it what you want?

Which ones do you experience most of the time every day? Think of your problems (financial, relationship, health and fitness, career, education, etc.); do you experience positive emotions or negative ones? For sure NEGATIVE.
