Think of a time when you performed (something) at your peak. How were you feeling? What kinds of emotions did you experience? Were they positive or negative? Just think of that time:
Did you experience excitement, passion, hope, and focus? Or did you experience disappointment, frustration, impatience, boredom, and lack of energy?
For sure it was all positive for you. Wasn’t it?
If you can manage (and master) your emotions, you can manage (and master) what you do, and ultimately, your life. Isn’t it what you want?
