In my previous newsletter, I shared with you 6 important areas to focus on. If you want to experience a better life in 2022, which I am sure you do, you need to change what you were doing.
1. Make sure you are having positive and empowering thoughts and beliefs.
2. Monitor what you eat. Make sure your intakes are mostly plant-based and organic.
3. Drink more water because this is how you flush away the toxins out of your body.
4. Make sure you exercise, and you give your body enough rest. An adult needs to sleep between 7 to 8 hours per day.
5. Supply your body with more oxygen. Every cell in your body deserves it. There are many approaches and effective breathing. However, what I would like to share with you in this newsletter is a super-effective way to boost your energy for the day.
